Cancellation Policy

= Client Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 35% fee of the service cost will be charged to your card on file.
• No-shows will incur a 35% fee of the service cost.
= Rescheduling:
• I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and I will be happy to assist.
= Emergency Cancellations:
• In case of an emergency, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood my cancellation policy.
